Axiom IC processes your data for the purpose of offering, concluding and administering insurance contracts, processing of an insurance claim, your inquiries, complaints, requests or other legitimate purposes.

Axiom Insurance Company AD, UIC 131039664, as personal data controller, hereby collect and process personal data in compliance with the requirements of Article 12-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Policies of Axiom Insurance Company AD.

The processing of your data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of an insurance contract between both parties – the Insurer and you as insured person.
The Company limits the processing of your health data only within the framework of the stipulated legal purposes and conditions, including to establish the validity of an insurance claim, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and based on the provisions of the Insurance Code, which constitute an additional condition for lawful processing within the meaning of Art. 9, Par. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679. Axiom IC processes your health data for the purposes of preparing a proposal for an insurance contract, such as health insurance and accident insurance, based on Your express consent. If necessary, we exchange your data with service providers on the basis of the legitimate interest of Axiom IC to fulfill its obligations as an Insurer and to increase the quality of the services provided, as well as when carrying out checks and requiring information on legal grounds by state and municipal bodies (investigation, prosecutor's office, court, FSC, NRA, NOI, Ministry of Interior, CPDP, etc.).

Please note that your personal data may be subject to profiling by information processing systems while preparing offers for specific insurances. Depending on the specifics of the particular type of insurance, Axiom IC may use information systems to calculate the likelihood of an insurance event. The information systems work based on preset criteria developed by actuaries. Your personal data is profiled on the basis of Axiom IC's legitimate interest to assess the risk and undertake contractual obligations in accordance with the risk assessment provided.
