Axiom team held its summer seminar on the 13th and 14th of July in the cool and lush greenery of the Rila Mountain slopes. The two days were full of experiences, both refreshing and enjoyable as well as challenging.
The program included a report and analysis of the results for the first half of 2024, as well as the expansion of its presence in the country with the opening of its new regional offices.
The management and teams presented to the participants a summary of the results achieved during the 1H of the year, including the activities of the new regional offices. Following the analysis of the successes and challenges faced by the company, the management and the team outlined the future steps and directions to achieve the set goals and objectives.
The team was also facing a new challenge related to risk assessment and motivation of all participants - the mountain trek along the Orpheus road and immersion in Thracian history and rituals. The beautiful scenery combined with the fascinating stories of Ilian Buchkov, known as the "Indiana Jones of South Rila", gave the participants the opportunity to learn about the ancient megaliths, altars and sanctuaries in the region between Rila, Pirin and Rhodope and the messages encoded in them.
Following the pleasant walk in the mountains, the participants celebrated the successful end of the 1H with a festive dinner, immersing themselves in the magic of the local cuisine and fabulous scenery.
The company's management shared that the opportunity for the team to get away from the work atmosphere and spend two days in the countryside was an excellent opportunity for employees to gather, discuss successes and challenges, and motivate themselves for the second half of the year.
