Axiom Insurance’ new regional offices officially opened

On March 12th and 13th 2024, the official opening ceremony of the new regional offices of Axiom in Burgas and Varna took place. The locations are in key and convenient places - in Burgas at 65 Tsar Simeon I Street and in Varna at 29 Drazki Street. The regional offices meet the highest standards and requirements for a modern and functional business environment, where the company's partners and clients can receive the full range of insurance services and consultations.

Special guests at the opening ceremony were representatives of national and local insurance brokers, clients and guests. The official launch was accompanied by a blessing for health and a successful year, marking the start of the first day of work for the employees in the new offices.

The ceremony was attended by the Chairperson and CEO Tsvetelina Mihailova and Kalin Kostov - Procurator, both of whom wished health and success to all participants and lots of satisfied clients.

What should I do if I need urgent medical care and/or emergency treatment outside of working hours?

During non-working hours, you can visit a chosen by you medical facility for urgent or emergency medical care. Please, gather all medical and financial documents for the health care goods and services used. Expenses shall be reimbursed under the terms of your Insurance.

What to do if an Insured event occurs?

You need to notify us and file a claim. The deadlines for reporting and the method of filing are described in the insurance contract. In any case, we recommend that you call us as soon as possible after the incident.

I ‘m covered under health insurance plan. I have to be hospitalized for treatment. Do I need to inform you in advance?

In case you are going to be hospitalized, you do not need to get confirmation from the Insurer. If you need assistance, we are ready to help you in the coordination with the chosen by you medical facility on 0700 400 99 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days.

When and how will the Insurer pay me?

Within 15 days after receiving all the evidence, the Insurer must either pay or refuse, stating the reason for the refusal. This term applies to all insurances offered.

What are the Home Insurance Property Coverages?

A standard policy usually provides coverage against major risks as fire, natural disasters, floods, storms, hail. Additionally, upon your request, coverage against risks such as earthquake, theft, malicious acts of third parties and etc. may be included.
